  • RCS messaging operates under Google’s Business Messaging guidelines.
  • Delivery of messages depends upon third-party platforms, telecom operators, internet connectivity, user device compatibility, and platform availability.
  • Neither Meta, Google, nor telecom operators guarantee uninterrupted delivery of messages.
  • Users may opt out of promotional communications where applicable, though essential transactional communications may continue as required for service fulfillment.
